At Blossoms and Beyond, your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms:
Perishable Products
Our main products, including flower bouquets and home flower delivery in Barcelona, are perishable. This means they cannot be returned once delivered, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which excludes products that deteriorate or expire quickly from the right of withdrawal.
Returns for Damaged Products or Order Errors
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged flowers: If you receive a bouquet or any other product in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours. Send an email to incidencias@bybfloristas.es with photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.
- Order errors: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately so we can correct it.
Refunds and Order Modifications
- Small Bouquets Orders (up to €79): You can request a refund or modification at no cost up to 24 hours before the delivery. If the request is made after this time, approval will depend on our assessment.
- Special Orders (over €80): For these orders, refunds or modifications will only be possible if requested at least 72 hours in advance. The refund will be calculated taking into account preparation costs and other related factors.
